Supporting clients with BPD, a history of complex trauma, emotional dysregulation or intense relationship patterns can be complex. DBT offers a structured, evidence-based framework that I can absolutely vouch for, but sometimes the clinical language and worksheets miss the mark, particularly if we’re neurodiverse.
These resources can help bridge that gap between theory and lived experience, offering tools that feel personal, accessible, and empowering to clients. Created from inside the experience of DBT from the other side of the chair, I designed these print-at-home guides and worksheets to complement professional support while staying rooted in real-world experiences – and my own therapist loved them!

Why These Resources Work
Created by a writer and mental health advocate, from the lived-experience of DBT and BPD recovery, these tools speak directly to the emotional realities of what it can feel like. The Little Guides feature my own journal entries for each specific skill, which I would complete as my homework, showing step by step how to break down real-life scenarios using the skills.
Each product is:
- Trauma-informed and validating
- Designed to complement clinical frameworks
- Ideal for individual or group use
- Easy to adapt for different learning styles and needs
These materials help clients feel seen, supported, and capable, not just managed, corrected, or further invalidated by being unable to access or understand the skills effectively.
