- Emotional regulation & BPD recovery journeys
- DBT, CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed healing or therapy reflections
- Mental health journaling prompts or creative writing
- Mindful or sobriety-inspired lifestyle content
- Self-esteem, identity, and inner child work
Submission Guidelines
- Word count: 500–1,500 words
- Links: You’re welcome to include 1–2 backlinks to your blog or relevant content
- Originality: Posts must be original and not published elsewhere
- Formatting: Please submit your post in Google Docs or Word format
